I spend the hottest part of the day by the fan, mostly knitting and keeping cool. I have completed this cardigan for a 3 to 6 months baby. I have just the sleeves to knit on a tunic for a 6 to 12 months size in a turquoise shade of the same wool.
I have just bought these peel-offs and will start making some toppers 
for Christmas cards, another hot weather activity.
The swallows have their second brood of chicks about ready to fledge.
