I was alerted this evening to go and look at the Arboleas Tower, as there were 3 storks roosting there. After confirming they were there, we went back home for the best camera and tripod, to take these photographs. Whilst there, I spoke to a Spanish man who was also enjoying the spectacle, he said that about 15 years ago there had been a similar visit, with many more birds.

The picture below shows two of the three birds. The partly hidden bird has a darker colour beak, which we understand means that it is a young bird.
